“สมาชิกทั่วไป หรือผู้โดยสาร” ลงทะเบียนโดย ชื่อ-นามสกุล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ และหมายเลขบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน ตามที่ได้ลงทะเบียนผู้พักอาศัยไว้ที่นิติบุคคล
“ผู้ขับขี่” เพิ่มเติมหลักฐาน ภาพถ่ายทะเบียนรถ และใบอนุญาตขับขี่ 

การ”ลงทะเบียนผู้พักอาศัย” เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการบริหารชุมชนลุมพินี เพื่อความปลอดภัย และดูแลอำนวยความสะดวกต่อผู้พักอาศัย โดยหลังจากลงทะเบียนแล้ว ระบบจะตรวจสอบจากฐานข้อมูลนิติบุคคล ก่อนยืนยันสิทธิการเป็นสมาชิก
